NLIA Membership Information

General Membership meetings will be held at the Pavilion on the following dates. Start time - 10:00am

• July 26 
• August 30 - Board & Officer Elections will be held

End of Season Barbecue Picnic & Basket Raffle 

• August 30 - 6:00pm

This year is an NLIA election year. We invite all members participation and nominations for Board positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, or Board Member. You may self-nominate or nominate someone else.

Per NLIA Bylaws:

• Nominees must be a home/property owner and active member for at least two consecutive years, or a household member of an eligible household (Section 6.02).
• Only current members may nominate and vote—one vote per household (Section 3.02).
• Members must be present at the NLIA Membership meeting on August 30th in order to vote.

Key Dates for the 2025 Election:

• July 30: Final Nominees confirmed.
• August 4: Nominees presented to Membership. See NLIA News Section for Confirmed Officer & Board Nominees.
• August 30: Ballots distributed and voting takes place at the  Membership meeting. Write-in nominations accepted from floor.

Candidates may email a brief statement (including ideas and proposals) to admin@nlake.org. Submissions will be posted at nlake.org and emailed to members by August 27.

Your participation and support are greatly appreciated. We thank you for a robust membership in 2024 and again ask and encourage all North Lake households to renew or become new NLIA members. Please note, per the NLIA By-Laws, only NLIA members are eligible to vote on matters that impact the Lake.
